Claudia Jacques has an M.F.A. in Computer Art (SVA, NY, USA) and is currently a PhD candidate at the Planetary Collegium, CAiiA Hub, University of Plymouth, UK under Professor Roy Ascott researching space-time aesthetics in the user-information-interface relationship.

 

Through the intersection of art, technology and science, she designs hybrid art and educational environments that aim to explore perceptions of space-time and digital-physical mediated by information. She teaches studio art and communication arts and has a studio in Valhalla NY. She has collaborated with many artists exhibiting and presenting both nationally and internationally. She is also published in Leonardo, TEKs & Art & Engine.
